Cancellation Policy

Once the order has been delivered, it may not be returned or cancelled, except in the unlikely event of a problem with the products. In that case, please contact us immediately on info@kiam.ae so we can asses the situation and see if the order will be replaced or refunded; any refunds will be issued using the original mode of payment.
